Please help us give a homeless Rottweiler a chance at a second life.

Welcome to Adopt-A-Rott (AaR) Ontario - where our dedication to the Rottweiler breed includes Rescuing and Rehoming Rottweilers Responsibly. We endeavor to educate the public, support responsible dog ownership and provide a safe haven for homeless Rottweilers. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered before leaving our foster program; to their forever home.

Our mission is dedicated to Rescuing, unwanted, neglected and abused Rottweilers. It is our goal to provide each dog with a second chance at a good life through rehabilitation, health care, training and to adopt each dog as a companion pet into a loving home.

We are a group of volunteers scattered across Ontario. We operate solely upon donations, public and volunteer support. No offer is too small; all are greatly appreciated.

Adopt-a-Rott needs your help with the dogs seized from the Quebec puppy mill.

On September 19th - 527 dogs and puppies were seized by animal-protection authorities from a commercial puppy mill in Quebec. The dogs were of all sizes and shapes, about 30 breeds in total and in varying states of health. About 70 large-breed dogs were seized, along with an equal number of mid-size animals. The vast majority of the dogs – 385 – were of small breeds. We are very sad to say that there were Rottweilers involved in this seizure. Click in the image below to help us help them.
